Rooted in Hope,
Driven by Change.
Rwenzori Hope Foundation was born from a simple belief: that the girls of Western Uganda possess the power to rewrite their own futures.

How it all began.
Founded in 2018 in the heart of Kasese, Rwenzori Hope Foundation started as a small community group of women determined to protect their daughters from early marriage and gender-based violence.
What began as a single tailoring workshop has grown into a multi-faceted foundation serving hundreds of girls across the Rwenzori region. We recognized that safety without economic opportunity is temporary, and education without community support is incomplete.
Today, we are a registered non-profit led by the very community we serve, ensuring that every program is culturally relevant, sustainable, and impactful.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide every decision we make and every life we touch.
Empathy
We listen first. Our programs are built on the lived experiences of the girls we serve.
Community
We believe in collective growth. When one girl rises, she pulls her community with her.
Sustainability
We don't provide quick fixes. We equip women with skills that last a lifetime.
